The Search Committee has completed a review of numerous UCC and DOC candidates for the position of settled Pastor for First Christian Church and have invited four to interview with us. As of the writing of this update, we have completed three of those interviews, and anticipate completing the fourth by Sunday, October 27.
We received fifteen very strong candidates. Narrowing them down to the four candidates we selected for interview was not an easy task. After interviewing three of those four candidates, I feel the next step of the process is going to be even harder! These are all good people who would richly bless… and stretch… our congregation!
